Bio
Ajay Madhok
Architect of growth — turning ideas into new vehicles of growth across technology, media, and entertainment.
“My greatest joy is to make ideas happen and lead change. I use Design Thinking and Systems Design to transform how we perceive, connect, and experience products, businesses, and ecosystems.”
Ajay has driven innovation inside large corporations and built disruptive startup ventures across more than three decades in technology, media, and entertainment. He thrives on turning ideas into reality — blending the agility and creativity of startups with strategic corporate thinking.
As a founding partner of ReViz — the AI creative-tech venture that became Mixxi — and co-founder of Celerity, he capitalizes on that diverse experience to build new vehicles of growth. He works at the intersection of customer needs, technology possibilities, and business outcomes, mapping the journey to find friction points and turn them into opportunities.
He is also EVP of Business Strategy at Angel Studios and Managing Partner of the Angel Acceleration Fund. At Stanford, he is an affiliate of the Graduate School of Business and a Distinguished Scholar at mediaX, where his work centers on corporate innovation, organizational resilience, and purpose-built ventures that combine startup agility with institutional resources.
“A prototype is worth a thousand meetings.”
